Refund & Replacement Policy

Each of our products is printed just for you! Because everything is made to order, we’re not able to offer refunds or exchanges for things like choosing the wrong size, color, or design.

If your order arrives damaged or misprinted, don’t worry — just send a clear photo to support@downwardsmile.com within 30 days of your purchase, and we’ll be happy to issue a full refund. You won’t need to return the item.
